| Mario is really comfortable in the outfield and it has shown with his consistency this past year. Mario goes back on the baseball well and creates some good momentum and anticipates the batted ball well. Mario has assisted quite a bit on throws to home plate and third base this year and has a really accurate arm with good downward plane. Mario creates good rotation on the baseball in flight and has improved velocity considerably in the last year. Mario is an above average outfielder and will position himself in the corners. Mario gathers and delivers the ball with low effort and will use his instincts to be a successful defender. | ||

| Mario has developed into an above average hitter and he is starting to show power in game situations. Mario’s hitting ability has increased with more solid contact over the past few months. Mario has a good approach at the plate and takes good swings with a bit of an upper cut at this point that could translate into more batted balls leaving the yard especially with an aluminum bat in his hands. Mario has really good balance at the plate in his set – up and handles the fastball well. Mario has played against Canadian College teams and American High School teams over the past few years and has had really good success and has been consistent. Mario has potential to be a middle of the order hitter in a few years and should be a player that hits some homeruns with an aluminum bat. Mario right now does show some strength with a wood bat and he gets the bat through the zone with velocity. | |||

| Mario has power and strength muscle structure and some size that will translate into a stronger, durable College player as he matures. Mario throws the baseball with accuracy which is something that is attractive about him as a player. Mario has come a long way in the program and should be a consistent hitter with above average power potential as he progresses through his career. Mario has developed into a hard worker, stays on task and does the little things to make himself a better player. Mario does everything with an average effort level and with more strength he should develop into a really good college player. Mario is a good teammate with a great attitude, competes very well and has shown dedication to the game of baseball which would make him a great addition to any program. |
