| Adam has lots in the tank and you should be able to project velocity 5 - 8 mph plus in a few years. Adam as good downward plane on the fastball and he creates above average rotation on the baseball. Adam throws a 4 seam and a 2 seam fastball that has darting movement. Adam's command is average right now but the body is projectable and with the adjustments he is making this winter he should be able to throw lots of strikes for any program. Adam throws the basebaball with ease and minimal effort but uses his body really well for a big man. | |||

| Adam spins the ball with above average rotation and gets a tight break on the baseball. The baseball reacts with a darting action and with no arcing in the flight of the baseball. Adam gets on the side of the baseball which creates a downward action and a break on 2 planes. Adam could work into a slider in the future to create more strikes and have later break but the fact that he spins the ball well gives him that option. Adam curveball is the type of pitch where it will miss bats and guys take poor swings when it is thrown for strikes consistently. Adam uses a 4 seam grip when he throws the curveball which gives the baseball more bit in flight and late. | |||

| Adam has 3 Finger change - up that is still in the beginning stages. Adam's arm action stays consistent with the other pitches and command is average right now but it should work into a plus pitch once he gets a few more months under his belt throwing the pitch. Again Adam creates good downward tilt on this pitch. |

| Adam is very smooth in his delivery and has some agility and athletic abilities that help him make adjustments fairly quick. Adam needs to work on stride which is closed off right now but once that issue is dealt with the velocity will increase and the fastball should be above average. |
|||
| Adam has a projectable body and an arm that works well for a large body. Adam has come from a program that lacks in instruction so he is working on some mechanical issues that put him behind the first few weeks but he has progressed beyond expectation since the start of the baseball academy season. Adam should be ready to play in the fall of 2009 after everyday instruction at the Baseball Academy. Adam does everything really easy and is pretty good athlete and has been a 3 sport athlete up until this year. There is natural strength and there is a lot in the tank with a projectable pitchers body. Adam has played football and hockey at a high level and is used to work habits that usually exceed most baseball programs. |
